I also did a ton of core stuff  during my 6-week convalescence - crunches, v-ups, planks, you name it. Some yoga. This weekend I raced again for the first time since April, and I really felt the core training help me keep it together.

The foam roller also makes things a lot better. Today I feel pretty good. I bet you recover a lot faster than me. Good luck!</description>
